Instructions for use
  • At the beginning you should place the turtleboard® without a ball on a non-slip surface. Place a protective mat / rug under the turtleboard® to protect any surfaces that can be scratched, damaged or dented.
  • Make sure that there are no objects within a radius of at least 2.5 meters that you could injure yourself on in the event of a fall.
  • Now stand with your feet a little over shoulder width on the surface of the turtleboard® to get a secure footing and a first feeling for the turtleboard®.
  • Now start rocking the board back and forth.
  • If you are familiar with the turtleboard®, place the ball in the middle under the turtleboard® on the protective mat / carpet and place one foot on the stand.
  • Then step up the opposite side of the standing surface with the second foot and slowly shift your weight in the direction of this foot.
  • Now you can balance the equilibrium and "float"; you can touch the ground at any point with the board.
  • Attention: the ball must always be under your board within the arch between your feet.
  • When dismounting, make sure to take your feet one at a time from the board
Beginners should not make their first attempts alone, but with the help of a partner or a stable hold and use the supplied RAILS!

It's that easy:
  • Turn the board over and lay it on the floor
  • Place the ball in the center of the bulge
  • Now glue the RAILS lengthways with the same distance to the ball
  • Recommended distance between the RAILS = 18 - 20 cm

If you feel safe, you can remove the RAILS again.
